< Ingredients >


・1 canned oiled sardine
・About 1 tablespoon Dijon mustard
・About a teaspoon freeze dried rosemary
・1/2 garlic clove, peeled and thin sliced
・About 1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
・1-2 tablespoon bread crumbs 

■ Toppings ■
・proper amount of coarsely ground black pepper
・Moderate quantity of freeze dried rosemary for finishing
・8 wedges shaped cut lemon








< Directions >


1.First, open a can of oiled sardine, and then remove the
   oil of about 1/2 tablespoon in a can. Spread Dijon mus-
   tard on the top of several fishes in a can. Next, sprinkle 
   the surface of the fishes with freeze dried rosemary,
   and put some thinly sliced garlic, frizzle extra virgin
   olive oil on the entire surface of the fishes. At last, strew
   the whole surface with bread crumbs.

2.Put the prepared fishes in a toaster oven together with
   a can. And then, Bake the surface of bread crumbs,
   thin sliced garlic in a toaster oven for about 15-25 min-
   utes until they becomes nicely appetizing golden brown.

3.When they are baked until the color of the those
   surface. sprinkle coarsely ground black pepper, freeze
   dried rosemary for topping to finish the cooking. Drizzle
   lemon juice on a dish for your liking when you eat it.
