Taramosalata is able to make by easily
cooking to only mix Taramosalata
seasoning of House spice cooking with
ingredients using a microwave oven

< YIELD > 2 servings
< Ingredients >
・150g potatoe of the net weight
(※About 1-2 peeled potatoes.)
・2 tablespoon mayonnaise
・1 subdivision bag Taramosalata seasoning
(※It is one of goods of House Foods Corporation in
Japan called spice cooking of Spanish bar menu
series to used with this dish.)
< Directions >
1.Peel potatoes and cut them into wedges. Wrap them in
plastic cling film. Heart them in 600W microwave oven
for about 5 minutes until soft.
2.When you finish potatoes of heat cooking with
a microwave oven, place them in a bigger bowl. Mush
them well with a fork etc. until coarseness is left lightly.
If you finish mushing them, add mayonnaise in a bigger
bowl. And then, mix them well to make the potato
mixture.
3.Add Tramosalata seasoning in the made potato mixture of the step 2. Combine them completely. Finally serve
the dish on a plate to finish cooking.
