< Ingredients >

■Dressing
・1 peeled garlic clove
・1-2 Tbsps nam pla
・1 Tbsp lemon juice
・1/2-1 Tbsp water
 <A>
・About 10 sticks of dried lemongrass
・About 1 Tsp minced dried cilantro
・1 Tbsp palm sugar
・1 Tbsp dried shrimp
   (※The weight of it is about 5g.)
・About 20 peanuts
・1/3-1/2 Tsp cayenne pepper
   (※Favorite amount of cayenne pepper.)

・5-6 Chinese long beans
   (※Trim the both tops off the Chinese long beans,
        and cut into pieces of about 1 cm wide.) 
・1/2 smallish green papaya
   (※Peel green papaya skin and remove seeds from it.)
・1/2 carrot
   (※Cut carrot into fine strips with skin still attached.)
・3-4 mini tomatoes
   (※Remove hulls of mini tomatoes and and cut it into
        4 equal parts.)




< Directions >


1.Smash peeled garlic clove with the side of knife and
   place it into smaller deep container. Moreover, stir
   nam pla, lemon juice and water into the container. Add
   ingredients of <A> category to nam pla mixture and
   mix them well. And, leave nam pla mixture untouched
   for 10 minutes or more but less than 30 minutes.
   Remove lemongrass and garlic from nam pla mixture to
   make the dressing.

2.Wrap prepared Chinese long beans in cling film. And
   then, heat it in a microwave oven for about 1 minutes.
   Remove cling film from Chinese long beans When I have
   finished heat cooking in a microwave oven. After took
   out cling film from Chinese long beans, immediately cool
   it slightly, and then cool it down completely.

3.Place cooked Chinese long beans in the step 2, prepared
   cut green papaya, carrot and mini tomato in bigger
   bowl and mix them quickly. Furthermore, pour made
   the dressing in the step 1. And mix the whole
   completely to serve finished dish in a favorite plate.
