■Made quiche using baguette
・1 baguette of small size
・1/4 yellow paprika
・1/4 red paprika
・1/2 salami sausage of small saize 
・2-3 eggs
・About 1/3 cup fresh cream
   (light whipping cream(35%fat))
・About 10 g meltable shredded cheese for piza
・About 25 g mozzarella cheese
・About 1/5 Tsp salt

■Garnish
・Proper amount of black pepper
   (※Recommend using coarsely grounded black pepper)
・Proper amount of grated parmesan cheese
・Proper amount of coarsely cut Italian parsley







< Directions >


1.First, mark with a linear wedge shape into the top of
   loaf cutting to about 2-3 mm from each long side of loaf
   using a long serrated knife. Then, use a spoon or your
   fingers to carefully remove the inside of loaf, living
   about 2-3 mm shell. Start to preheat an oven to 180
   degrees C.

2.Next, remove casings from salami sausage, if present.
   And cut it into about 1-2 mm thin slices, After that cut
   1-2 wide pieces. And then, remove each hulls and seeds
   of yellow and red paprikas. And slice them thin pieces.
   Transfer cut salami sausage and each cut paprika to
   heat resistant container without cling film, and heat
   heat them in a microwave oven for about 1 minutes -
   1 minutes 30 seconds until salami sausage is cooked
   and each paprika are just tender. Then remove excess
   fat and moisture using such as a paper towel or a
   colander. Shred mozzarella cheese into small pieces and
   meltable shredded cheese for pizza is chop into more
   finely pieces.

3.In large bowl add eggs, fresh cream and mix well. And
   then, stir vigorously meltable cheese, mozzarella
   cheese, grated parmesan cheese and salt to combine
   sufficiently. And add cooked salami sausage and each
   paprika of the process 2 and mix more uniformly to
   make the mix of quiche.

4.Pore made the quiche mix of the process 3 into
   hollowed out the hole of loaf of the process 1. Then,
   place stuffed loaf with quiche mix on aluminum foil, And
   put it in preheated oven. And then, bake it in an oven
   for 15-20 minutes. After that, reduce temperature to

   is golden brown.

5.Finally, when the stuffed loaf with quiche mix is baked
   until it turns golden brown, sprinkle black pepper, 
   grated parmesan cheese and Italian parsley on baked
   loaf and using a large serrated knife, carefully cut loves
   into pieces about 1-3 cm wide to your own preference.
   And serve them in a dish to finish cooking.
