< Ingredients >


・1 ripe but firm avocado
・4-5 slices smoked salmon
・2 boiled shrimps
・2 sun dried tomatoes
・4 black olives after removing the seeds
・1 leaf violet cabbage

■ The dressing ■
・1/2 tablespoon extra virgin olive oil
・1 tablespoon mayonnaise
・1/2 teaspoon balsamic vinegar
・About 1/2 tablespoon horseradish
・About 1 teaspoon white port of minced leek
・1 tablespoon lemon juice
・Proper amount of salt
・Moderate amount of white pepper

■ Toppings ■
・Adequate quantity of coarsely ground black pepper
・2 rough minced almonds
・Proper quantity of coarse minced parsley








< Directions >


1.Cut smoked salmon, boiled shrimp, sun dried tomato
   into smallish proper size for ease of eating. Cut black
   olive after removing the seed into about 2mm thick
   round slices. Put all ingredients to use for dressing in
   a small bowl. And then combine them well to make
   the dressing. Mix cut all ingredients and made the
   dressing to make the seafood and vegetables mixture.

2.Cut avocado into halves lengthwise and remove seed of
   avocado to make round pit. Put the seafood and
   vegetables mixture of step 1 on halves avocado neatly.

3.When you eat the dish, sprinkle coarsely ground black
   pepper, rough minced almond, coarse minced parsley
   for your preference to finish cooking.
