let the inside of clams cleaned.)

< Directions >
1.Scrub the shells of cleaned clams inside using a firm
brush or rub each shells of them together under running
water to remove any dirt, sand, ocean particles,
barnacles and other debris etc. which may be crusted to
the exteriors of the shells of them. And then, place
washed clams in the bowl and set aside.
Pour plenty of water in a deep large pan and bring
water to the boil over medium-high heat. Put salt and
dissolve it in boiling water at the very first.
Next, add pasta too in a deep large pan and follow
package instructions for cooking the type of pasta of
your choice to boil it while stirring occasionally until
suitable and favorite softness.
If you finish boiling pasta, transfer it to a colander to
drain off water lightly. And then, sprinkle extra virgin
olive oil, KAORISORUTO and red pepper and mix them
well together. Keep seasoned pasta until you use it and
set aside for a while.
2.Wash used the pan lightly once. And the pan over

constitutionally, or you don't really like alcohol, or you
don't want alcohol in your recipe, you can replace with
consomme, chicken broth etc. And boil white wine
eventually.
Let the clams steam anywhere from 5-10 minutes until
they all pop open up. If any clams don't open or ones
with broken shells, discard them.
3.When all of the clams have opened, simmer them briefly
over low heat. And add the pan with boiled clams to
seasoned pasta in the step 1. And then, combine the
food of the whole well and toss through. Serve the food
in a plate right away, when the food this time was
finished.
Sprinkle chopped fresh parsley and grated cheese for
your preference on top of the dish.
Please enjoy finished dish!
